If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, then we have missed the opportunity to help other clients who are interested in booking with us.

No. Massage therapy and manual osteopathy treatments are not covered under OHIP, regardless of whether treatment has been requested by a physician.

No, we do not do direct billing. We will provide you with an invoice containing the information needed to submit your claim.

Before your appointment, you will receive an intake form to complete which we will review during your initial assessment. After discussing the results with you, Hugo will devise a treatment plan and teach you the techniques or exercises therein. Your consent is sought before treatment begins. If at any time during the treatment you are uncomfortable, let Hugo know immediately, and he will adjust accordingly. 

 

Massage Therapy Attire: Wear loose fitting active wear or disrobe to your comfort level. Hugo can provide effective treatment whether you elect to remove any of your clothing or not. 

 

Osteopathy Attire: Traditionally, the client remains fully dressed for an osteopathic treatment. In this case, it is most beneficial to wear clothing that allows movement.
